Ricky came to our rescue in such a sad way. The man who owned Ricky since he was a puppy was down on his luck and lost his home. Our rescue took Ricky in so he wouldn't have to go to a city shelter. Ricky is a fantastic dog! A real companion animal. His regal beauty is noticed by all. He is very social. He's great with people and other dogs (no cats though please he thinks they are squirrels). He likes to lean into you to get his head rubbed. He loves to go for rides in the car. He's three and a half years old, neutered, vaccinated, micro chipped and house broken. He's a large shepherd and would do best living with medium to large size dogs. He would love a nice yard to romp in. He is a recent graduate from our "Trained For Life" dog training program and know has had extensive obedience training. Ricky is highly adoptable. Please help us give Ricky a second chance and find him the forever home that he deserves. In return he will be a loyal companion and your new best friend!
